Your Role

As a Content Creator & Video Editing Intern at Cortazu, you’ll play a central role in how our brand comes to life on social media. Your main focus will be creating, editing, and refining short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Alongside this, you’ll support our customer success team with light community engagement and customer communication, giving you a well-rounded view of how a fast-growing DTC brand operates.

Responsibilities

🎬 Video Editing: Edit short-form videos optimised for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Shorts (cuts, pacing, subtitles, music, transitions).

🎥 Content Creation: Film and produce video content in-office, outdoors, and during campaigns or product launches.

📱 Social Media Content: Turn raw footage into engaging, on-brand content that performs.

📊 Trend Spotting: Identify social trends, formats, and sounds and translate them into Cortazu-style content.

🗓️ Content Support: Assist with content planning and maintaining a consistent posting rhythm.

💬 Community & Customer Support (Light): Respond to basic customer questions and comments on social platforms in our brand tone.

What Are We Looking For?

Strong interest in video editing and short-form content creation.

Hands-on experience with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar.

A good eye for pacing, storytelling, and visual detail.

Comfortable filming with a phone or camera.

Proficient in English (C1 or higher); Dutch is a bonus.

Based in or near Amsterdam.

Available 4–5 days per week for 6 months, including weekends.

Proactive, organised, and eager to learn.

Bonus Points If You:

Already run or have edited content for TikTok or Instagram accounts.

Are pursuing an HBO-level degree in Creative Business, Media, Marketing, or Communication.

Have basic motion graphics or subtitle animation skills.

Enjoy outdoor sports, fashion, or performance apparel.

Your Role

As a Customer Support & Operations Intern at Cortazu, you’ll be at the heart of our mission—helping adventurers gear up while keeping our operations running smoothly. From e-commerce and logistics to social media and customer engagement, you’ll get hands-on experience across multiple areas of our fast-growing brand. If you’re ready to make an impact, learn on the go, and be part of an ambitious team, this is your chance!

Responsibilities

• 🌟 Customer Support: Engage with customers across multiple channels, ensuring satisfaction and timely assistance.
• 📦 Order Management: Process orders, track shipments, and resolve logistics issues.
• 🏢 Flagship Store Assistance: Provide in-store support, manage inventory, and assist customers.
• 🔧 Operations: Oversee product repairs and ensure quality outcomes.
• 💻 Website Improvements: Contribute to UX enhancements and optimise site performance.
• 🗂️ Admin Support: Assist with data entry, document management, and other tasks as needed.
  

What Are we looking for?

• Passionate about customer service, E-commerce, and sustainability! 
• Available ~4 days per week, including weekends.
• Proficient in English (C1 or higher); Dutch is a bonus.
• Based in or near Amsterdam.
• Skilled in Excel, creative, and solution-oriented.
• A team player who’s organised, practical, and independent.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience in customer service, logistics, or retail.
• Are pursuing an HBO-level degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or Fashion.
• Love sports, fashion, and outdoor adventures.
